Terms and conditions

Access to Podia3D, pilots or betas may be limited to qualified professionals and may require acceptance of specific terms. The service is a prototype and may change, be interrupted or remove features without guaranteeing continuous availability.

The professional user is responsible for reviewing each prescription, validating the generated part, checking the file in the slicer, selecting suitable material and settings, and deciding whether the result is appropriate for a specific patient.

The prototype must not be used as the sole clinical criterion, used to commercialise outputs without independent controls, presented as certified medical device software, or used to submit medical or identifiable patient data through the landing form.

Intellectual property and feedback

The brand, texts, design and software belong to their respective owners. Pilot feedback may be used to improve Podia3D, prioritise features and document product needs, without incorporating unnecessary personal data.

Limitation of liability

STL, 3MF and generated documents are working tools. Responsibility for manufacturing, fitting, traceability, document retention and clinical use remains with the professional or responsible manufacturer.

In case of discrepancy between translations, the Spanish version prevails.
