Privacy policy

Data processed

When you request a pilot or contact Podia3D, we may process name, email, clinic or company, country, printer or slicer used, language, message content and basic technical metadata such as date, referrer, IP and user-agent.

At this stage we do not request and should not receive medical data, scans, prescriptions, clinical images, manufacturing files linked to patients or data that can identify patients. If a real case needs to be discussed during a pilot, this must be handled through a separate channel and agreement, with minimisation or anonymisation and an appropriate legal basis.

Purposes and legal basis

We use the data to answer requests, assess professional interest, organise pilots, maintain a pre-contractual relationship and keep basic contact traceability. The legal basis is the request made by the data subject and pre-contractual measures; analytics relies on consent.

Providers

The site is hosted on Vercel. Forms are processed through Vercel serverless functions, emails are sent through Resend and a private backup copy is stored in Vercel Blob. Vercel Analytics may measure visits in aggregate only if you accept analytics.

These providers may operate global infrastructure. Their applicable processing terms and contractual safeguards will be used where relevant.

Retention

Pilot requests will be retained for up to 24 months if they do not become a professional relationship, unless a legal obligation, required traceability or applicable deletion request applies. Data from active pilots will be retained according to each pilot agreement.

Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to hello@podia3d.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. In case of discrepancy between translations, the Spanish version prevails.
